At Access Employer Resources, we eliminate your payroll headaches by operating as a co-employer with you — issuing all paychecks, creating W-2’s, making tax deposits, and assuming your tax liabilities and responsibilities as the IRS employer of record.

The set-up process is simple.  From that point on, each pay period Access will deposit all employee paychecks directly into their accounts and make a withdrawal from the company payroll account.

We can also handle garnishments and administer the payroll portion of your company’s retirement plan.

Access simplifies your operations by rolling many of your employee payroll costs into a single payment that includes wages, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Work Comp and employee benefits as well as any other type of deductions you may require.

Here's how the Access Payroll process works:

Every pay period, you contact Access by telephone, fax or e-mail — whichever is most convenient for you.

Report the hours worked by your employees, plus any changes to the payroll such as deductions, pay increases and new hires and terminations. You're finished. Access will take it from there.

Payroll is normally processed the same day you call, then delivered by mail or courier to your location. You can pick up your payroll at our office if that is more convenient.

Payroll checks can be processed on a semiweekly, weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
